step 1 : use CorelDraw make template ( you can draw with size as you want very easy )  step 2 : print the file template with Cutting Plotter (decal)  step 3 : decal pasted on thin knife remove this section step 4 : spray paint on the template  step 5 : remove decal and grinding knife  step 6 : cleaning paint and enjoy  step 7 : Good luck to you, and Do not forget sympathy for grammar and vocabulary, because I can not write in English (translated into English by google) .

looks very nice pictures could be a bit bigger but it is understandable. good job!

That is an awesome idea. I would imagine you could use something other than a thin knife, correct? Like some thin Stainless Steel sheet, or similar?

Great idea! I would also like to have Corel templates. Think someone (Romstar) could maybe draw some up for us?

I'm new here what are the hook ends for ? i made a set from bi-metal hacksaw blades and used the hole in the end to put on key ring.  my wife no hates that becuz they sound like wind chimes.
