I find 2 steel balls in the springs of some K1 and K5 cylinders. This balls exist only in the pin hole with spool pins (2 and 4 pin) but I m not sure what is function of this balls.
Can someone explain the function of this balls.

Before few days I got very unusual Titan K1. This version use K6 plug with "W" keyhole. This thing make usage of electric pick gun almost impossible and picking is much harder then ordinary K1.

After cca 1.5h hour of picking attempts I find most suitable tool for this cylinder is Southord slimline small half diamond and rake. Standard Southord tension wrench perfectly match for this cylinder.

Po prirodi svog posla dosta sam dobro upoznat s Titanovim cilindrima, a "W" profil koji se uobičajeno koristi na K6 nisam vidio na bilo čemu starom 30-ak godina. Ne isključujem mogućnost da nisam dobro informira pa ako imate fotografiju volio bih je vidjeti.

Today I finally have a chance to try my GOSO pick on the TITAN K5 (new line). I expected more from 220Kn (30eur) cylinder. I only have problem with tension wrench and I planed to make one especial for that cylinder.

This cylinder have a little trick with 5 passive pins which drop to place of active when you turn the plug for 90 degrees and prevent further rotation. There is two ways to handle this, first is by use plug spinner and second is to push all pins with any suitable tools, I use Southord small half dimond.

There is two photo of cylinder and tool which I use for picking.
All new Titan cylinder no more have mark with cylinder model just inscription "TITAN"

Great job with that K5. I agree about the usefulness of a custom tension wrench that fits the keyhole without touching the cylinder.
