Your lock can be identified by looking on google, I'm sure you can do that. A quick image search using "chubb padlock" returned me a lot of images, the one which looks similar to yours is called "Chubb 1K12C Padlock".
You're still a beginner, so I suggest you to put it aside for now. That padlock probably has some security pins, so trying to pick it now will be frustrating. I don't suggest you to swap it, shipping such a heavy lock will be more than the cost of buying a double cylinder with keys. Then you can disassemble it and practice, following db's exercise. Once you can consistently pick a standard lock (or padlock), give this nice chubb a try.
