1) Remember the stuff on these pages is lockpicking101 material and shouldnt be copied elsewhere whether it printed form or digital, if you dont beli ve me look at the rules it should say (unless its been removed) that all material submitted becomes the interlectual property of 101 as in its then 101's copyright (or somthing like that.

2) Why do you start every word with a capital letter? it makes it a bit painful reading your posts.

I m sorry if my first capital letters hurt you, as i said its my habbit, but i will control it now.

As i said b4 English is not my first language, sometimes its difficult for me to understand you people or to convey my words of wisdom so in this case , i was not talking about writing a real book, i was meant to say, by sticking to LP101 you can gain enough skills to write your own book.

USMAN did not say he would steal material from this site to make a book--his comment indicated he could write a book from his experience reading this material, or combined with his experience reading this material, or encouraged by his experience reading this material....

ILUSION'S response was over the top. Its tone indicated he was serious, which leaves ILUSION wth potential legal problems.

The MODERATOR'S comment was also overkill--everyone has the right to excerpt and use limited amounts of material from the works of others, which is permitted by US law (see the United States Code), which is called FAIR USE. This assumes to start with that the site has a right to claim a copyright in the works of others.

Overall, I thought this English as a second language person was unfairly and wrongly DUMPED ON.

I would also like to thank jabraham for his bump. I was looking for a good book on lockpicking. And most of what I could find is for US locks. This book seems to be what I was looking for. I ordered it.

I bought the book. It arrived on thursday. By sunday , I had finished it , cover to cover. Its quite well-written. Just the translation into English isn't allways right.

I loved the book. It will be a very usefull reference in the future. It doesn't just cover lock picking (about 60 pages) , but also picking lever locks , opening doors that are only pulled closed , drilling and breaking cilinders , opening windows , opening cars , and also a section on making tools.

If you're a locksmith who does house calls , this books is recommended. If however , you are a hobby lockpicker , like most people on this board , you will probably be better off with a book dedicated to lockpicking. The information on lockpicking itself is rather basic , and most of it , I already knew. The book doesn't even mention picking locks with mushroom or spool pins.
