What research leads to is a funny thing

I have a Concealed carry permit and I was planning on taking a long road trip recently and I wanted to be educated on the Laws of each state I was traveling though about having a concealed hand gun in the car. Concealed Carry Permit Reciprocity

Being an amateur Lock hobbyist as I was researching laws I stumbled upon laws in various states on the possession of lock picks. It’s amazing that the possession of lock picks in some states carry stiffer penalties than carrying a concealed hand gun without a permit.

Possession by Non LEO, Licensed Locksmiths and Tow Truck Drivers is illegal. In some states possession must be coupled with felonious or malicious intent. Like California, Utah, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Washington North Carolina and Arizona. States like, Washington D.C., New York it is illegal to possess them without a Business need or a licensed Locksmith / Employee.
