:) Hi I am a complete novice, just got my first pick set today.Is there anyone in the south wales area who can give me some basic training?

Training is expensive all over. if you are a complete novice on a budget then my honest advice is to learn here on 101, the pick set you have will be a basic cylinder set and you can learn to pick these by downloading the MIT guide and reading the threads on 101, so SEARCH and the answers you require will jump out at you.
This is a far cheaper option than paying for shoddy training that will teach you far less than can be learnt here for free.

Shouldnt your name have been '*TRAINEE LOCKSMITH*' or '*I WANT TO BE A LOCKSMITH*' then?
