i opened my desk lock (4 wafers) with a paperclip and the metal insert on a ruler as the tension...lol

The oval mark on the bow makes it look like an abus, there is also an american padlock key and a cut down master warded key. this is in addition to the warded lock picks, commercial type. ( I make my own when I need to open one of these warded locks.)

been awhile since i stopped in

locked myself out of my apartment recently

so i went down to the $ store
and bought some jumbo paperclips and cheapo superglue

i superglued a paperclip to the core to use for tension
and then i raked my lock open

and a final quick sanding to get the superglue off

( and why is my post centered ? )
