We don't need no steenkin covert course,
what we need is a game for lockpickers,
If youve ever watched that japanese game show called Takeshis Castle, there is a thing that has a lot of hexagonal shaped rooms with three or more doors that is a maze, in which japanese monsters are hunting the player,
now think of those doors with locks of various difficulty levels, and make the game so that if someone can win by opening all the easy locks they will have a longer and more confuseing time stuck in the maze, while those who can open some difficult locks can then find keys inside in case they need to open that lock again, and they can get quickly through the maze by opening the difficult locks So that there are two ways to go through the maze, opening a lot of easy locks or a few hard ones, that control a completely different path that no one can access by an easy lock.

Im thinking of an old computer game from the 90's called "labyrinth" where the players can find keys and other stuff that is helpful or if we could find a building to mod for a game.... It could be a business that attracts players from a long distance since it would be the only such place, it could also have nodes of it that have airsoft or paintball aspects and even special games that are covert entry or escape scenarios.
Wake up and smell the Kafka!!!

A good friend of mine gave me a huge three ring binder "manual" from a similar school. While I cannot speak for the school mentioned in this article, I can tell you that the other school that I do have the "manual" from does teach Special Forces Personnel and Police and I can tell you that a sizable portion of the course material in the "manual" was photocopied from old Paladin Press and Delta Press or Loompanics Lockpicking Manuals as well as some old Locksmith Ledger Publications with NO ATTRIBUTION WHATSOEVER. I also look with a lot of suspicion on people that claim to be able to defeat burglar alarm systems and the like as I have almost a decade of experience with a now defunct nationwide burglar alarm company. There are ways to circumvent burglar alarms and some other security devices in the business that has to do with access control and CCTV but when it comes to real high-security burglar alarm systems, you're not going to teach that in a course that runs even 100 hours. You would have to teach people how to write computer programs on how to create a program that could catch alarm transmissions, etc., way too much to talk about here.

The continuing militarization of law enforcement in this country has a lot of this stuff popping up all over the place and I cannot help but think that a lot of it is just nonsense.

I wish I was EOD or SPECOPS because I live in CO and have the money to do the course. Sounds pretty legit and would look great on a resume after i get out of the Marines.

If you're just waiting to wallpaper your Man Cave, any number of places will give you paper for the money. :)
