When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

I made some picks out of hacksaw blades by drawing on the blade like it was said above, just eyeballed it too, and they came out just fine.
i've got more blanks to shape so once there all done i'll post the picture, but for now here's what i've got at the moment.
