What about cases?

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

I use old eyeglass cases. the one that opens like a clam-shell lets me see everything without having to dump out picks trying to search for a particular tensor. that being said, I glued an HPC emergency pickset inside of a regular eyeglass case (the kind that opens at the top). Warning: let the glue dry before sliding your glasses in! Super glue on your glasses is no fun!

I have a couple leather ones my wife made.(roll style)
I just picked up a Peterson Masters tri-fold. Great case. Fits all my Peterson picks, a bunch of tension wrenches and even two double prong wrenches. About an inch longer than an average wallet and about the same width. I ordered an HPC 24 Pro-Mixer set today and their case looks to be the most functional.
The Peterson will be hard to beat though.
The leather zip up case that came with my SO PXS-14 is not that great. Only one pouch so all of the picks are just jumbled in there. They could have added a pocket on both sides or at least an elastic band. I'm putting them in one of my wife's cases.

As the current resident n00b, I didn't have a case... until today! Everyones' impressive cases inspired me to come up with something of my own. But I'm no craftsman, and I didn't have time or money to buy anything... which is why this caught my eye when I saw it in my drawer!

I added a magnetic latch too!

Your thoughts?

^ Very nice . It looks like it was made for the purpose
I'm using a county com lockpick case but I think I might borrow the berocca idea aswell !
I'll try attach a pic

It's hard to see in the backround , I'll change it to something smaller as it's a bit big for purpose

I've been going through a couple case ideas recently. I broke my stuff into two parts. My spare tools, pad locks and training kit are in one Storm case. I've made a mount for the training kit so I can practice when I'm on the road.

The other kit is a small fold out admin pouch that I keep my work kit in. Its decent but not perfect. I've recently added an internal pouch with a Sparrows snap gun and a few other bypass tools. I have another case coming shortly and will probably use that one more.

I posted this in another thread, but this seems to be the more complete one, so here it is.
Made of Tyvek, quick and dirty. It's tough, and adds no weight to the tools, and has an american flag to boot.
perhaps I'll make an improved version soon to share with you all.

plug spinner. Southord I think? Its not the best, but it works consistently and its the smallest one I have.
