european style tensors

recently i've been looking at some of the european sites (ssdev, multi-pick service, wendt zieh-fix, etc.), and i've noticed that for picking pin-tumbler locks almost all of the equipment sold is southord, hpc, peterson, or majestic. nowhere have i seen a flat tensor (other than peterson and storm ) advertised. they are almost all the same as what you see made here. could someone please explain how this type of tool has come to be labelled 'euro' style, and who sells them?

All the 'euro' lock picks and tension tools are made slimmer because of the narrower or smaller keyways that are standard in Europe, but they work perfectly well on all other locks as well. If you look at the first picture you can see how it's been filed a bit narrower than the standard one.
