double sides locks and the weird lock

ok, i no im new and everything, so this might sound kinda stupid, but how do you pick a double sided pin lock? I was thinking you could just use a regular tension wrenche, then rake one side, then rake the other, but im not sure.

And the other locks that Master Lock makes, i dont know the number, but it doesnt take a regular key, the key looks like this:

and im wondering how do you pick those locks?

THe "weird" lock you describe is called a Warded lock. That should be enough for you to search and find the info you need.
