boron steel shackle

Postby raimundo » Fri May 04, 2012 10:54 pm

The american padlocks used to come with a boron steel shackle, I bought one a few days ago and
it was simply marked hardened steel. there was no mention of boron steel on the package, so I
assume that this was just the usuall steel, with a plating that could be chrome, its not the color
of nickel (grey, like the coin)

Is amercan lock still making the 700 with the boron steel shackle? I suppose I should google around,
or duckduckgo since this morning I read about this search engine that is not tracking
and selling information for its own profit like google is. Im gonna move my home page to
that engine
Wake up and smell the Kafka!!!
