I just had a packet of skips, they were lovely. There's nothing better than eating crisps until your tongue just can't handle the sheer amount of built up flavour, then taking a nice big gulp of ice cold coke. Mmmmmmm.

Does double cylinder with inserted key from inside can be opened from outside by LTC tool?

Chicken crisps are hella good. I don't know what an LTC tool is, but if I'm right in assuming he means a letterbox tool then I believe it's safe to say we are dealing with a very interesting question. If a key is in a lock, can it be turned? We may never know. Where's the anbay ammerhay when you need it?

Well, I'd be interested in trying out some of them chicken crisps one day for sure  As far as your last question goes, I keep it in my drawer, but it is on no use here...
