When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

I saw somthing similar in a Japanese book I have on Stick Fighting. The Master used a short stick wth a ring attached to it to prevent it from being droped.

Such a tool can be called a "koppo." These sorts of things can strike with hammerfists, reverse hammerfists, reinforce the fist for a punch, aid in pressure-point work or leveraged locks, or the like. Some people like 'em for self-defense; some people think they're ridiculous, mainly because of the nonexistent range. To each his own, and all certainly off-topic...

Where I live, there's a lot of trees, so when I get attacked by ninjas (something that happens a LOT to me,) I head for the nearest ceader and quickly gnaw off a limb, then charge the ninja warthog-style and try to run him through with it. Few ninjas stand and fight when I do this, generally they disappear into the nearest fog and commit seppuke, and I find the body in the morning with a frisbee in thier mouths.

Ah, but GOON, what if you're cornered in an alley, and your hands are tied behind your back, and there are 27 ninjas, all with laser shuriken, and you're all that stand between them and a family of Cuban refugee children, who will explode and destroy Detroit if they are harmed?

the other guy was a crappy fighter... he got overconfident and just ran towards him...
I'm not suprised he gots his a** kicked
he like runs towards him with his arms in "windmill-punch mode"
the guy who knocked him out used quite a decent feint just before he KO's him.
Time has passed, and I have loved many women. And as they've held me close, and asked if I will remember them, I've said, "Yes, I will remember you." But the only one I've never forgotten is the one who never asked.

If I remember correctly you can get metal ones with pointed edges to strike preasure points
Yeah your right it strength depends how you hold it.
