Review of a Sponsor Site

Postby dhuskins » Fri Jul 21, 2006 2:53 am

I am fairly new to this forum and have had a couple opportunities to interact with one of this forum's sponsor sites. I often find sponsor sites to be mediocre businesses looking for increased revenue through advertising on related internet forums.

I am extremely pleased to discover this sponsor site is far from mediocre. Their customer service is top-notched: friendly, efficient and helpful. My first order with them was problem free. My second order with them involved a cancelation and reorder. The second order's entire process was completely painless. A quick phone call and reorder took only a few minutes. The new order was sent the same day.

I would be interested in hearing from others about their experiences with this forum's sponsor sites. Is my experience similar to yours?

Considering we only have one, ;) I suppose it'd be lockpickshop dot com.

My bad. I guess the rest of the ads are placed there by Google?

My guess is he is referring to the google ads,

he used the plural, "sponser sites"

you would be surprised how many people think google ads are sponsor sites, one of the reasons I can make $10,000 a month on adsense ;)

I thought the Google ads were banned?

I seem to remember Mr. Picks said they would be removed?

Wow... How relevant to lockpicking.
Time has passed, and I have loved many women. And as they've held me close, and asked if I will remember them, I've said, "Yes, I will remember you." But the only one I've never forgotten is the one who never asked.

Google ads are not banned, Mr. Pick filtered out one ad (may be more then one). You can filter out ads that may conflict with your website.

Google is currently the main source of my income both directly and inderectly. Internet marketing is very big business ;)

Ahh!

Thanks for clearing that up - I am very ignorant of most internet related things.

Well considering how many people use the internet, I'd imagine there is a great deal of money to be made, although also a great deal of competition I imagine?
