Please only use one thread to ask your question, two threads asking the same thing isnt very ecconomical to the site,
You need to do research and that doenst mean simply make a new thread asking for it, you need to get in contact with your local legal departments and go from there, i take it youve done the advice you got in your other thread so askign the local authorities is the next logical step forward,
Your other questions have already been answered in your other thread its an insult to the people who helped you there to simply make a new thread asking them again,
