I can host our Vancouver Chapter out of my locksmith shop. I have so many cylinders and stuff laying around we could throw "pick" parties, and "impression" parties. Also if we come across any old safes, or safe doors people want to bring in we can manipulate, drill blind , and a hole bunch of other stuff. We can also throw car opening parties (we'll open our own cars) if we can get enough members in this area. anyone interested post in here. You will need to be a long standing member in here to participate with me, i won't accept anybody with 10 posts for security reasons. I have a license to protect.

It's always good to see locksmiths that are not all freaked out by locksport. I wish there were more like you 'round my neck of the woods.

Maybe it's because i'm young and i like the hobby / sport side to locksmithing. If i haven't mentioned this before, i was a lock picking hobbiest myself before i became a locksmith, i know what it's like to order picks and wait, then hope they arrive on time, and if i had to take them to my friends house i steared clear of trouble. I used to carry them around with my abus padlock and pick it every where, it's how i learned one pick at a time with a short hook. well thats my story and now i'm a locksmith
I was one of you guys first ! hehe

Sweet. That's yet another thing I love. When hobbyists decided it's what they want to do for a living. That's crazy cool too.
