The brazilian locks looks to be the same as European. I want to buy a pick and tension tool at lockpicking shop. Which one is the correct for my lock?

Full of WIN, that lock is. (quote from Yoda) This is the tool you need.  Just make sure the occupants are inside the building, knock really loud, and than get to work picking that lock's screws.

Well, there is no recommendations to give on pick tools that work on a lock that is in use. That lock is in use quite obviously, so we as a community are not going to give the information you are looking for.
