Help with KNAACK Jobmaster 60 lock chest.

My father picked up this locker chest from a remodel jobsite that was getting tossed. The original owners said he cold have it. He asked me to try to open it but Im having some issues. Im a novice at lock picking and have a firm grasp on the ways locks function. Picking as of now has been very difficult due to the recessed design and also there is dirt and crud in the keypaths.
Has anyone had to work with this type of lock chest before? How does it actually lock? There are two No. 5 masterlock padlocks on both sides. Ive included pics of the two locks and also of the chest as a whole. My dad just wants it open to see if it would be worth trying to cleanup and use for his business.

I can show you how it works, but we cannot help you open it because of the nature of the container and the fact that it usually stores expensive stuff that other people depend on for their livelihood. I'm sure your story of picking it up cheap is legit, but we get enough people here asking to open something they don't have a key to that its difficult to keep track of the good people vs people who are up to no good. I hope you understand. Best advice is to call a locksmith, they will either pick the locks or just [u]drill them out[/url].

Whats stopping you from cleaning the crud out??? Clean first.... pick later. If you have to, roll the box over and flush all the crap out. Dirt just makes things harder.

Once a padlock like this is rusty from being in the outdoors, and full of dirt from a job site, I wouldn't dare put my picks inside it no matter how many times I took a hose to it. If you have to wash out locks first before picking, it's time for the Dewalt 18 volt 3/8 inch Rotary pick.
