Custom Pick Manufacturing

I'm in the process of working some local manufacturers to put together a website selling custom lock picks. While the website will offer more "standard" sets which can be purchased alone, I'd really like to offer custom designs for the more picky (heh) locksport community. I'm wondering if the following things would be of interest to you all:

1) The ability to select between several thicknesses for the same design shape
2) The ability to download a "template" compatible with free CAD software to design your own pick(s) to have professionally manufactured
3) Custom handle engraving available
4) The option of electroplating the picks (for added strength, color, etc.)
5) Different materials and colors for pick cases, etc.
6) Having picks tumbled and then hand sanded for smoothness

Any thoughts on this?

1) no, I use thin picks only.
2) yes, great idea.
3) yes if you mean I can design my own handle shape; no if I can only add a logo on the standard handle.
4) I don't know.
5) absolutely not interested.
6) this reminds me the sanding blob

Hope you'll get many different opinions, since opinions are useful only if you have many.

1. While I typically only use 1 size, I think others might use a thicker or thinner size, so might not hurt to have different sizes.

2. This is a great idea, while I might not have the talent or tools to make the picks, having a way to have what is in my mind would be awesome.

3. This would be cool as long as it is cost effective.

4. Yeah, anything to make them stronger or last longer would be good.

5. Yeah, variety is always nice.

6. I don't know what tumbled will add, but if it makes it bigger, faster, stronger, then I am all for it.

1. Maybe have 2 sizes, one for US one for Euro
2. While I wouldnt use this feature (im not the best with being creative) Im sure it would be beneficial to some people.

1. Yes, being able to choose from standard to slimline types would be nice.
2. Absolutely.
3. With the cost not being outrageous I don't see why not.
4. I'm not very knowledgeable about electroplating, but if it increases strength then yes.
5. Sure, different people like their cases set up different ways. Large pockets, small slots, etc.
6. Hand sanding individual picks for customers might raise the labor cost since it takes more time. But it is an option.
