Help me open these locks

I have no idea how to open the one on the left. The one on the right was easily opened by sticking a knife in crevice between metal and pin slots. The one in the middle opens the same way as the one on the right, but the metal is fitted more tightly and I can't get it open. Ideas?

With "open" you mean - getting the pins out?
Have you considered using a Dremel tool?

For the middle one, I guess you could pull the cover to the back, after you have removed the 2 indentations. Or maybe even with these indentations and some force.

Yes, by open I mean gain access to the pins and have the ability to re-pin, i.e. nondestructive.

I had to look up what a Dremel tool is, sure, it looks like it would do it. You are saying use the dremel tool to cut off the two slits of metal comprising indentations and then removal should be easy?

On the first (Left cylinder) the pins were inserted and then brass plugs were pressed into the cylinder. The way to remove these is to remove the brass plugs. The plugs will be damaged and you will need new plugs. I suspect this is not designed to be re-keyed.

The middle and right cylinders have the retaining cap that has been slid onto the top of the pins and springs and then a punch was used to "stake" the strip or dent it into one of the pin chambers so it can't slide off. Again, I'm afraid that you won't have much luck removing it without doing damage. You can probably bend the metal a little to widen it and reuse it though.
