I think that machine is called a Ilco universal code machine. The discs are changeable for different manufactures ( Schlage Corbin, Kwickset, Sargent, etc.)
Usually the discs are flat ( parallel with the ground ) in this case the discs are vertical. Very different. Is that an earlier model ?
Those machines are GREAT code machines, especially if you dedicate it to 1 manufacturer. They are a bit of a pain to change , ( compared to a HPC 1200)
