This lock seems to keep poping up a lot. I think its the same lock in this thread also started today.

I have one and even though it only has 4 pins I have a hard time with it. Yours has 2 short pins behind a long pin, which will make the 2nd pin hard to set. Your best bet might be the short hook. Play around with the tension while slowly lifting pins, listen for the click. Mine is several years old and will pick in both directions and going counter clockwise is easier than clockwise.

 LMAO!!!

They are my ideas why you couldnt open that lock.

#1 To much tension "pins freeze you get no where."

#2 To less tension "no pins set."

ok i got my extracter out i picked it i got the key way turnt past 1 o clock could there still be a pin stuck after i got it this far its about how far the key takes it. on your key is the end of it where the last pin would sit seam extra high. i think that pushes over something. i am gona take a small hook and mess aound in there with the key way turned.

i am new to this but i took the tension off and used the key and i did have it all the way over. i think the point of the key has to press on a little bar and then pick it. im gona try to use three tools at once. man i got this lock stuff bad i cant put the stuff down.
