Locks on Vending Machines, Parking Meters, Elevators, Mail Boxes and Utility Company Junction Boxes.
Due to the nature of what they protect, cash and services, certain locks on certain devices will only be discussed in the Advanced Topics area to protect the public from petty theft and vandalism. A tubular lock may not be Advanced Topics worthy, but a tubular lock on a Parking Meter is. I really hope that's a no brainer for anyone reading this.
