That probably means you aren't old enough to own a credit card.
Can't you ask someone who has one to get you a pickset and give them the money?

Im 23 i had a cc but somebody on the internet stole my info a bought a bunch of shit so i called the cc company and told them that someone stole my credit card info and they said its my fault and i had to pay the bill i refused to and after a year the contract said they could take the money out of my account so one day i went to the bank and my $900 pay check was almost gone and they told me it went to pay off my credit card. So I will never get a credit card again its to easy for people ot steal and my credit score is bad because of it i can get a new one but i wont.

really.... the cc company garnished wageswithout a court document to do so.... both your bank and cc company have committed a crime, I would suggest contacting the fraud squad and white collar crime department with your local constabulary. in the mean time get a f'n prepaid card, you can only spend what is on the card. less of course your tinfoil hat is on straight and your fear of the intertubes is really high

ID theft is not the victims fault, It is the fault of the companies who loosen the requirement for real ID and give the thieves someone elses information and money.
Credit companies are accessories before the fact in ID theft, but the propaganda from corporatocray won't even discuss this aspect. It is not your fault that so many companies want all this information that they do not adequately safeguard, If someone else robs a bank with that information it is the fault of the the agent who allowed it to happen.
This is why some credit companies will cover such losses, since the public will eventually hold them responsible for what they did to facilitate it.
Wake up and smell the Kafka!!!
