Pick master lock keyed

this is a keyed lock, no combo, I've tried about everything, short of using a pick gun. I really rather open it without a gun....I've tried using a bobby pin and a thin piece of metal to turn the lock, though it turns very little, then it stops, and kinda kicks back, thus going back to the original locked state...I'm lost as hell here any help is appreciated, thanks!

might help if you tell us which lock your trying to pick. Master locks are usually numbered, you will find the number on the base of the lock by the key way. for example No140.

I would also recommend u send u a pic of the lock, you will find more users will be helpful with this. BTW u say uve tried everything short of a pick gun and then list bobby pins and stuff like that. if your getting in to lock picking and dont have the equipment to make your own picks its worth buying some. you wont get far with paper clips and hair pins.

what i have found with keyed padlocks is that most have spring-loaded plugs. So after you turn the key, it springs back into it's original position. Thus, it requires a bit more tension pressure to actually make the pins or wafers bind, depending on what type of lock it is.
