I was wondering around the internet when I
Came upon this neat device!
it is used to pick Mul-t-locks but i have never heard of it!
Does anybody knows anything about it, like: what is it called?

that is a decoder of sorts and is advanced material that is only discussed in the advanced forums... sorry but we can not give you any information on that tool here.
