Picked first lock!

well, my kwickset door wont work, it's an old one and the pins are not moving at all, not even with the key, cant get it in there. well, picked a brinks pandlock, the tension wrench supplied was to big so i had to use my own.

Congrats FS! I'm glad your picks arrived safely, and I'm glad you've gotten down to picking. In future, you may want to keep your similar posts together in one thread, and note which topic you are posting under. This probably would have been better suited in another forum topic rather than Automatic/Mechanical.

Good work on the lock. I'm not sure what you've done to the Kwikset tho. Best to not pick the locks you rely on, especially when you're just getting going.

I don't know if FSSARD is still around here, as his last post was on April 21, but I'm sure somewhere he appreciates the sentiment.
