I like Ilco pick guns, simply because they use screws instead of rivets (so you can easily disassemble and reassemble it yourself) and come with spare parts to replace the ones that occasionally break instead of making you ship it in to have it repaired under warranty. The warranty sounds great, but this is a perfectly good alternative to me, and it's simpler, less expensive, and more manly than wussing out and letting someone else fix it for me.
However, I have personally never broken one. I use simple hand picks much more often than pick guns these days.
