Could you post some detailed pictures of how you did your electric pick? I already saw your nice video on Google about its effectiveness :) Very nice. I have some old PCB laying around, so I have to take time to build one by myself..

Didn't notice it got approved.. sorry

I'm working on a new version that will hopefully work a bit better. I'll post pics in a few days. I've dismantled the old one so I can't take pics of that anymore.

Dicksmith don't own the design, it's not even copyrighted..l

The screw driver itslelf is really easy to modify into a very proffesional looking gun.

Give it a bit of a try :P

Whoah... thread revival
Mine was made from a hacksaw black, RC car motor and a but of pcb board to mount it all on. Haven't had much time for picking lately so I've been a bit inactive.

Looks nice ghostbuster, The motor looks massive
Does it work?

thank you for fixing the links sorry about that

and to answer your question the electric picks work very well those are motors off of old CD drives I can pop open a master lock number three and a number five pretty much as soon as I put the pick in and they have a lot of power for running off of a 9V I will put a video up pretty soon

but they look pretty cool don't you think :?:
