Most definitely. And they're easy to find locally -- you're looking for an Acme Mark II Rapid Response Emergency Locksmith, preferably of a decent vintage. If you can find one with features like "non-destructive entry" and "reasonable rates," go for it.

Unfortunately, there are significant costs every time you use one. But the ease of use and success rate just can't be beat.

use picks and a tension wrench that will get the job done

I've heard that a rotary pick works quite well, go for the cordless and an extra battery pick. It's also handy for putting up curtains :wink:

I think as you can assume theres a few points being brought up,

Theres no easy quick method,
Your not going to learn the proper methods over night,
Your question does sound a little dodgy maybe some more info would solve that,
It sounds like you need a locksmith to do somthing for you,
