All mechanical locks vcan be picked, security pins are merley a hinderance that adds a few seconds on to a lock, that lock is an easy one, indeed it has been picked and can be picked,

A bit more info:
This is the second lock that I have picked. the four pins are easy to see (shallow) and are pretty easy to pick. I must admit, I started this lock by raking  and got it in two passes.
Again, as any master, rotation is either way. Enjoy, and have fun

picking is just manipulating the insides of he lock, there are NO locks that are pick proof, only pick resistent, and obviosly you need a good understanding of how the lock works
