Can someone please tell me what this is? It must be for the Chubb locks and I've seen it written a few times inconjunction with mortice lock picking but that's as much as I know.

Is it another decoder? As in the Safeventures type?

Thanks :D

I get that it stands for Pin & Cam but I guess the question is, is there a difference between the 114 pin & cam tool and the other decoder tools? ie. the safeventures range.

The 114 pin and cam is a safeventures tool, the only other one is terry staddons 114 pin and cam.

Thanks for clearing it up for me.

It's not really clear on the website as some of the decoders are listed separately and some are grouped together and the only Chubb one mentioned is the "Chubb 5 lever 3U".

I'll have a word with Safeventures for a price on one.
