chit , i just call my mom to show im what I was supose to buy and she said no!!!!!!!!!!! She said lockpick are ilegal . If the where a site I can buy them from quebec she wil say yes .

Inform your mother that she is wrong and that lock picks are not illegal.
Lockpicks are only restricted in Canada in B.C. and Alberta, or if you have them while commiting a crime. Anyone who says otherwise is either ignorant or a liar.
