Hi Tom. In my opinion, it would be much more beneficial to spend the money on a good pick set, rather than a gun. Don't get me wrong, the quality of the gun would be ok, but I think your money would be better spent elsewhere.

I've never had a lock that I NEEDED a pick gun on. A simple rake, a hook for SPP (single pick picking), or a Ray Bogota usually does the trick. Not to mention you can make a "snap pick" out of a coat hanger.

So, what about the pick gun interests you?

i already have a good pick set and just wanted to try the gun out but didn't want a dud one. I might give that snap pick a try first tho that ya told me bout.
