It looks OK. I can see you using the (left to right) #1, #2 and #5 pretty regularly.

It looks MUCH better than the Piece of feces "pro" keychain I got from "idealcreations-dot-net". What a piece of she-ot. I'm going to have to file and sand these things before I ever even think of putting them in a keyway.

My SouthOrd picks (I got a 7-piece starter set) on the other hand have been great.

IMHO...don't waste your money on the jackknife. Yeah you are going whip it out for your buddies and it'll look really cool for those that have never seen one before. But as far as picking locks with it.....they have lousy feedback and you would do far better with SouthOrd's basic pick set (6 or 7 picks I think).

Especially if you are new to picking like you say. They are difficult at best for experienced pickers, for new pickers they are useless.

I think you have seen a disc detainer locks or warded locks or lever locks, because those work with pins. A picture would be nice, indeed.

I agree that the jackknife sets are, in general, lousy for picking locks. However, with that said, they sure do make a handy unit that can easily be carried for emergencies.

Count me in the anti-jackknife crowd. They're pricey, hard to use, and even the handiness is pretty minor compared to carrying a hook pick and a tension wrench. There's a lot of possible pick containers other than the stereotypical wallet cases if you just want to carry a couple picks, such as the cardboard or plastic tube a twist drill comes in.

But after two-three months of seriously using, picks get untight after 20-30 sec of picking...

for the price of that you could get the 17 piece set. its pretty good but i hate the brass thing, if you get it get some handles

mack knife pick handy? if you want to carry it around until its time to put its uselessness to a real world test? Really get some picks you can use.
Make yourself some bogotas on a spring/pin, light weight, easy to carry in every situation, and reasonalbly useful as a general purpose always on hand pick. And always lighter and smaller than the jacknife.

just stick with rai's bogotas, their smaller, lighter, and will open many more locks faster
