Canadians buying from LockPicks.com

Postby longcanuck » 11 Mar 2008 19:20

Been awhile since I last posted, sorry about that. I haven't been on the site alot lately and I notice that LockPicks.com is now a sponser of the site. I wish to order the Brockhage BPG 10 pick gun from them and was wondering if any of the Canadians in the group have ordered this pick gun from LockPicks.com and whether there were any troubles getting the pick gun delivered into Canada.
Thanks
Andy

I have. Im from Ontario and I have ordered from them many times with no problems. They are a good company to buy from. I have heard that some peoples orders get stoped at customs and they will keep them. Dont let customs scare you, your stuff will get to you. Hope that helps.

Lockpicks.com is our sponser now? Really? Man they got some guts to do both that and plan on opening a booth at ALOA.

Yes: I've ordered from them in the past, and have had no problems at all. (I haven't purchased the specific model of pick gun that you're asking about, but I've had no problems with any other pick tools arriving, including a Southord manual pick gun.)

I've ordered from them several times from picks, gun, practise locks etc. and all the packages came through.

Some provinces are ok some not

Just in case you did not know this .......

Canadian federal law requiires all Canadians to have a permit.

The loophole you will hear about is that some provinces have not issued
permits so it is assumed that you would be ok in that province.

YES most orders come through ok ...... some have been stopped but released and others were siezed and never released.
