Bendy picks

Postby Fah_Cue » 17 Oct 2005 6:26

my picks are like a week old. They are a set of southord 22 set and my hibird picks that are like a half dimond/ hook and a half ball/ hook are getting flexiable at the corner where it starts to go into a hook.

Am i using too much pressure when trying to set a pin or would you expect it to happen.

How bendy? I've had my picks for quite a while now and they're still in the same shape they were when I got them. Technically, you don't need that much force to lift a pin. If a pin won't lift, ease up on the tension to let the plug come back a bit, kinda like when you're dealing with spools/mushrooms.
