Contacted the ASA about call centre advertising in YP and other directories. They say there is a case and to name specific ads and send in a photocopy of the advert to them. Apparently it is misleading for a customer to think they are calling a local firm only to get through to the call centres.

Post the point of contact and the address of the ASA so we can all target the same office please  .

Great idea maybe we could all contact the same person on the same day,perhaps a couple of times each might make someone take notice eh!
