hpc electric pick

Postby cred » 23 Mar 2006 5:00

hi guys,
had this electric pick for a while now but since i snapped a blade and replaced it with a new one i cant seem to get the screw to tighten up enough, as the blade keeps coming loose.
what i think may of happened is i have not put the piece of metal back in its original position (left or right side of pick) and there is also a tiny washer and the screw, but cant remember which way around they go?
could anyone tell me by looking at theres which is the correct way for these bits to go back on!
thanx guys

The blade holder goes on the left hand side, and fits around the motor arm. Then put the washer on then the nut

You do have to do it up pretty tight

You don't have to remove the whole assembly to change the blade, just loosen it.
