beginner's kit

hi

i'm quite new to lockpicking and am at the moment looking for a
starter's kit to buy. now, i am not a total rookie, as i have already
read a lot of theoretical information and am very skilled with my
hands.

i have the following 2 questions:

1) from the following two kits, which one would you advice? i don't
want to buy a new new set each few months, but then again, does the
more expensive one really offer so much more?

if anyone knows a cheaper place to get one of these, i'd appreciate you
telling me.

2) i have also heared a lot of positive reactions on bump keys and
tomahawks. i know how to make these myself, but are they available
online?

i would go for the 22 pc set aswell, keep in mind a couple of things, you want picks with a thick handle, wether its a plastic, rubber or metal handle, you will be spending alot of time practacing and the ones like in the pictures dont have a handle, your fingers will hurt from it.
also you will bend/brake them, so dont buy expensive ones yet
and when you go get a larger pick set you will realise that you probably only use a couple of them, all you need is a hook pick, a diamond, a bubble (pick with a bubble on the end)you can also get a double bubble, and also a rake.
and a couple of different tension tools to work out with what your comftable with

I'm actually from Belgium, so that's Euros for me. But actually, that makes
it even cheaper!
