From the look of the keyway, I believe that's one of the Ikon's with a sidebar; if so, the answer to your picking question is likely not suitable for the open forums. (Other than to say that it can be done, but it's probably a bit challenging for a first lock.) Regardless of the lock, however, you won't find any bypass advice in the public forums.

Where is the lock? Seems to be on a door and so it is in use. We do not pick locks in use or locks that are not ours.

And why would you need to bypass that lock?
