If this is truly a warded lock, then you can pretty easily copy it or even impression a key for it. Blanks are available from Ilco. Here is a link for the pdf of the

All that out of the way, I think you have a double sided lever lock, not a warded one. The test for this is pretty easy. Take a medium or long hook and insert about 1/2 way into in the keyway. Rotate it 90 degrees. If you come up against a hard obstruction, and moving around you mainly find other hard obstructions, it is a warded lock. If you feel a lot of jiggly springy bits, it is a lever lock.
In the US, we don't see many lever locks, outside of flat-key safe deposit boxes. Most "real"* locksmith's should be able to cut a key for you, but they will probably have to special order the blank. If you don't have an original key, I would say your chances of getting a code-cut key range somewhere between slim and none.
