Do you think it would be difficult to make a mechanism that could split and unsplit the spindle of a euro multipoint lock using a button (or whatever) on the inside handle?
I'm fairly sure that this would give functionality very like an entry knobset or leverset. Or have I misunderstood how split spindle lock mechanisms work?
Surely this would be very useful if it could be made to work?
