When I quickly Googled "ABUS TS 5000", there were eight shops in the first 20 results that all advertise it for sale. I randomly clicked on three of the links, and they all claimed to have it in stock... so there are plenty of places that stock it.
You haven't told us where you live, so I'm not sure that there's more advice I can give, beyond "use Google"?
