Nice picking! I've never bought any picks from Deal Extreme because I've been worried about their quality. They don't look that bad though.

Are the 4 prongs adjustable separately or does it HAVE to be used as a rake pick?

Unfortunately they have to be used as a rake pick as there's very little room, and they're too bendy to leverage them up and down like a solid spring steel pick.
