Burg Waechter Diamant padlock (pictures)

I always wanted a Burg Waechter Diamant, but unfortunately they're pretty expensive. Even for this small one (40mm) I paid more than 20 Euro. A big one (60mm) costs more than 40 Euro, which is pretty steep for an ordinary padlock.
First thing you notice is the rounded design and the unusual keyway. The blue imprint mentions 6 mushroom pins and "outstanding quality" which in this case isn't a lie: You can feel the quality when you insert the key and when you lock or unlock it. It's a joy and that's why I had to get one.
The paracentric keyway makes the Diamant hard to pick, and even if I was able to open one before, I had no luck with this one yet.
I did a forum search on the Diamant but wasn't able to find it, only DOM Diamant. So I made some pictures:

It's nice to see that keyway. I don't have a Burg Wachter, and so I have wondered what they'd be like.

I believe it's 6 pinned, is it not? I can't quite make out the bitting on the key, but from here it looks pretty shallow.

That is a nice looking padlock. Never did understand why BW stamps all that stuff on the back of the lock. The lock would look better without it, not to mention being cheaper to produce.

Looking to get a BW that can take a half profile cylinder and/or a Scandinavian oval cylinder. Hear that CISA (Italian) and ABUS also make them, but can't find them.

I think the imprint will disappear after some use. I like it, but if you don't, you can also remove it with some cleaner. It says (in German only) that there are 6 mushroom pins and the key has also 6 cuts, so there should be 6 pins.
The bitting on this particular key might not look very exciting, but it's better than it appears on the picture.

Now I know why the bitting looks so shallow. It's not only because of the picture quality. Compared to other padlocks, this key is HUGE.
