You know, you deserve to be flamed twice as harsh as regualr newbies for starting two posts in such a short time that could have been answered by using the search engine and looking at the stickies and maybe using your own head for a moment.
I guess you're new and excited and curious and that's good but we have to deal with new and excited and curious people everyday. It's like working in a kindergarden sometimes. So do a proper search now and read all the stickies. And if you need more than Romstars post and some of the diagrams that are so easy to find if you'd just search, then I think you might not be a very good engineer.
It's not the tools that open the lock. It's me.

There is a European section on this web site and I reckon 99.9% of your questions will have been answered there.

It should keep you busy for a number of days.

Welcome the forum :)

First of Pick-Pick after hours of searching I came across this website and second of all I am an ex military engineer as well as a qualified machinist so I dont think there is any doubt as to my engineering skills however I would like to know all about your engineering skills my friend

I've turned out lots of picks and bypass tools that opened countless locks. Those are my engineering skills.

To me your diagram question looked like you were still asking to be spoonfed information even though you had everything you needed including your own head. I'm not questioning your skills per se, it just looked like a mentality that I've seen in more than one engineer, that they can't work anything out without having a standardized diagram in front of them that basically tells them exactly what to do and how to do it.
Making picks is a lot about creativity and finding out what works for you personally.

As for this question, if you had read the rules and FAQ you wouldn't have had to post this question. Sorry to sound so pissed off but it's a very basic question that can be answered by taking a quick look at the basic document recommended to every newbie the former MIT guide. We recommend this document almost daily as we get the same questions over and over and over again. And since your first post was 10 days ago you had more than enough time to get used to the way we handle things around here.

Think of it as my way to encourage you to carry on witrh your journey. To properly understand this stuff and get a hang of it, you have to translate it into your own personal language and you can't do this if you ask for every little thingl.
If you ever have a question and it's apparent that you've used the search engine, read the stickies and given the problem some thought, I'll be glad to help you in any way I can. Like many other members I really enjoy helping people discover more about this wonderful hobby, but I hate spoonfeeding and 'gimme'.

Before you open your lock you need to open your mind, don't just depend on the answers given to you, find your own answers. That's what I was encouraging you to do.

And I like to flame newbies
It's not the tools that open the lock. It's me.
