Abloy 341

not sure if this is a beginner question or not but I bought an Abloy 341 enforcer tonight wanted to disassemble it and clean it, opened it up and the discs fell out didn't realize there were disc inside that would fall out like that, tried to reassemble them, not knowing how they came out? Is there a particular order? Does upside down or right side up make a difference how the discs are placed in again? any advice would be appreciated thanks in advance

Each direction and side matters. Three different discs, each one when flipped over becomes a different bitting. 1-6, 2-5, and 3-4.

Use the carrier to build up the disc pack one disc/spacer at a time. Try out each disc addition with the key to be sure the gates line up when the key is turned.

I'm just getting into abloys myself so I am not sure that everything applies to the Executive stuff. But the same principles should apply I guess.

The Enforcer padlocks use the Profile system. Pretty much the same as the classic except for the profile discs. The main profile disc is steel and is the disc closest to the key entrance. The second profile disc should be near the tip of the key.

Just got my Abloy 341 same question just without the Teardown not into all them small parts .
Brake cleaner and a lub do ???

The lube used by Abloy is a light grease. You can use Vaseline in a pinch, but you will need to disassemble it to properly apply it. If you see the writeup on the Classic listed above, think that shows how to do it.
